Hi! I'm Isabel and it's nice to meet you. Before moving to the United States, I practiced as a physician in Cuba, which shaped my compassionate, whole-person approach to care. My background in medicine and mental health care lead me to continuing my work as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner here in Florida.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions through collaborative, evidence-based treatment. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and value culturally responsive care. Family is central to my life, and I bring that same warmth, respect, and connection into my work with patients.
