Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support takes courage, and I want you to know that whatever brought you here, you don't have to carry it alone. I'm a bilingual therapist (Spanish/English) who specializes in helping people move through trauma, anxiety, and depression toward a place of steadiness and hope.

Much of my work centers on trauma — including complex, longstanding trauma — using EMDR to help clients process difficult experiences without having to relive them in detail. I also draw on DBT skills when clients need concrete tools for managing overwhelming emotions or building distress tolerance in daily life. Together, this means we can work both on healing the roots of what's hard and on building the practical skills to feel more grounded right now.

My approach to therapy

I have particular experience supporting women navigating life transitions, including the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as adjustment struggles when life feels like it's changing faster than you can keep up with. I've worked with children, adolescents, and adults, so whether you're seeking support for yourself or thinking about care for a young person in your life, I bring experience meeting people where they are developmentally and emotionally.

What you can expect from me

My approach is holistic and collaborative — I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all path to healing. I'll draw on your strengths, adapt to what you specifically need, and keep communication open every step of the way. In our first session together, my priority is helping you feel safe and in control of the pace of our work. We'll explore what's going well for you, what feels hard right now, and start building treatment goals that are truly yours. You can expect curiosity instead of judgment, empathy instead of pressure, and the beginning of a relationship built on trust.

If you're ready to start feeling more like yourself again, I'd be glad to help you take that next step.
