Great to meet you!

Looking for support can be hard, and by being here you’re already taking a meaningful step toward prioritizing your well being. I work with clients of all ages, with a special focus on anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress management, grief and loss, women’s issues, trauma, and PTSD, and I’m proud to offer an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients. Everyone has their own story, and I’d be honored to hear yours with genuine curiosity and zero judgment. Whatever brought you here, you’ve found a warm, open place to start, and I hope to help you feel more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll build a care plan that’s tailored to you, because your needs and your story are unlike anyone else’s. Open communication and mutual respect are at the heart of the relationship we’ll create, and I’ll listen closely and support you every step. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused CBT to help you understand the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while building practical tools for everyday life.

What you can expect from me

I like to start by getting to know you and your story, and setting the goals you’re hoping to reach in our time together. My aim is to create a space that feels inviting, empowering, and empathetic, where being vulnerable feels safe. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
