Great to meet you!
Hi! I’m Isabel, a LGBTQIA+ therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes in the power of compassionate, collaborative healing. I’ve been in therapy myself since high school, which first inspired me to become a social worker. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for expanding access to mental health care and supporting others on their paths toward healing.
I specialize in working with young adults, couples, and LGBTQIA+ clients, and my practice is rooted in a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective. I believe healing isn’t about “fixing” what's broken—it’s about reconnecting with the parts of ourselves that already hold resilience, clarity, and worth. I'm also a big believer in creative expression as a coping tool—whether it’s playing guitar, singing, watching a great film, or belting out a Broadway tune. I often bring mindfulness into my work as a way to slow down, get present, and build a deeper connection to yourself.
