Thanks for taking the time to learn a bit about who I am! I specialize in helping women and LGBTQ+ folks and navigate through their healing journeys. My practice is completely virtual (sessions via secure video chat) for all Colorado residents. I also offer EMDR - an in-depth holistic therapy that allows for profound personal transformation and healing.

My primary focus as a therapist is to provide a safe, comfortable place for you to feel supported, understood, and encouraged, but challenged when appropriate. I work from a client-centered foundation, where the work is collaborative rather than a therapist-treating-client type of environment. I'll help you explore your past and what you want your future to look like. Together we'll identify your strengths as well as areas that need growth, and come up with a plan to get there.

During our first session we'll get to know each other and talk more in depth about what you'd like to work on. Throughout the process of therapy you'll learn to navigate and manage stressors, maintain boundaries in relationships, and follow routines for a healthy lifestyle.
