Great to meet you!

I am licensed in Texas with over 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with those going through relationship/marital issues, trauma recovery, life transitions, adult ADHD and depression, and anxiety. I also have experience and training in providing faith-based counseling. I primarily utilize EMDR (eye-movement desensitization reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Solution-focused, Motivational Interviewing, and other trauma-informed therapeutic approaches

What you can expect from me

In my practice, I am dedicated to creating a space that is warm, empathetic, and free of judgment, where clients can safely and openly address the emotions and beliefs that may be hindering their progress. I have a particular passion for working with individuals who are experiencing deep emotional pain or are feeling lost and unsure of where to turn. During challenging and dark times, I am committed to sitting with my clients and guiding them towards the light.
