Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward mental wellness. I specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment for a variety of psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorders, psychotic disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

A bit about my approach to therapy

I assist individuals facing difficult circumstances affecting themselves and their loved ones. The most favorable outcomes occur when individuals trust the process and actively participate in their treatment. I aim to thoroughly explore the challenges and work together to create an effective plan for overcoming them.

What you can expect from our first session

I am here to support you in overcoming any challenges. I will guide you through the process so that you can find serenity, relief, comfort, and purpose, no matter how difficult the situation may seem. Whether you are struggling in an unhappy relationship, enduring a traumatic experience, or coping with a loss, I am here to serve you.
