Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing evidence-based outpatient telepsychiatric care for adults ages 21–64. I specialize in psychiatric evaluation and medication management for mild-to-moderate, clinically stable symptoms related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, panic disorder, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and patient-centered. I take time to understand your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, previous treatment experiences, lifestyle, and personal goals. I explain clinical impressions and treatment options clearly so that we can develop a thoughtful, individualized plan together.

My goal is to support greater symptom stability, daily functioning, and long-term well-being through careful medication management, shared decision-making, regular follow-up, and appropriate monitoring. Care is available in English and Spanish.

My practice provides routine scheduled outpatient telehealth care and does not provide emergency, crisis, on-call, or after-hours clinical services.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. I listen carefully to understand each patient’s concerns, previous treatment experiences, lifestyle, and goals before making recommendations. I explain clinical impressions and treatment options in clear, practical language so patients can participate confidently in shared decision-making.

When appropriate, care may include medication management, psychoeducation, brief supportive interventions, laboratory monitoring, and coordination with other healthcare professionals. I emphasize realistic goals, ongoing communication, and regular follow-up to support stability and improved daily functioning.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to better understand your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, medications, previous treatment experiences, and goals.

We will review my initial clinical impressions and discuss appropriate recommendations and next steps. If routine outpatient telehealth care is appropriate, we will begin developing an individualized treatment plan. Additional records, laboratory testing, or coordination with other healthcare providers may be recommended. Prescriptions are based on clinical need, and controlled medications are not initiated during the first session.
