Great to meet you!

I received my doctorate in psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley and completed my clinical training at UCSB. As a Brazilian native who grew up internationally, my perspective is shaped by the richness and complexity of multiple cultural identities. I’m especially drawn to supporting clients through relationship challenges, life transitions, questions of identity, and issues of confidence and empowerment. I tailor our work to your unique needs, drawing from psychodynamic, somatic, mindfulness-based, and cognitive approaches.

My approach to therapy

You’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful presence. I offer a steady, grounded space where your inner experience can be explored safely and honestly. My approach is collaborative and flexible, rooted in deep listening and meaningful insight. Together, we’ll work to identify patterns, untangle emotional knots, and move toward a more intentional, connected way of being.

What you can expect from me

Our work will help you better understand yourself—your patterns, needs, and values—while also building tools to navigate life with more clarity and ease. Many clients find that over time, they feel more grounded, self-assured, and able to show up more fully in their relationships and choices.
