Great to meet you!

Starting therapy is a big step, and finding the right fit matters. I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are—without pressure or judgment—and feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Certified Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapist and National Certified Counselor. With nearly a decade of experience, I bring both clinical expertise and real-world understanding to my work.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions, with a strong focus on complex family dynamics, co-parenting, and high-stress environments. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you, using evidence-based practices like CBT, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy.

My goal is to help you not only process what you’re going through, but also build practical tools you can use in everyday life. I show up as an engaged, empathetic partner in your growth, helping you move toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. I use evidence-based practices like CBT, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy to help you understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors connect, while creating a safe space to explore at your own pace.

Sessions are real conversations—you can expect engagement, feedback, and guidance, not just listening. I focus on building practical tools for managing anxiety, setting boundaries, improving communication, and navigating relationships.

With experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I pay attention to patterns in relationships, past experiences, and environments, helping you break unhelpful cycles and strengthen healthy ones. You don’t have to figure everything out alone—I’m here to support, challenge, and walk alongside you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll also explain how I work, answer your questions, and start identifying goals together.

The session is a conversation—not an interrogation—and my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear on next steps for moving forward.
