Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Isabella, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that there can be meaningful change with deep emotional work. I provide virtual therapy for adults and couples across Virginia, helping clients navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, communication issues, life transitions, and marriage-related stress.

My background includes working in hospital settings, outpatient therapy, and community mental health, where I’ve supported individuals through grief, trauma, perfectionism, burnout, identity exploration, and emotional regulation work. No matter the issue, I focus on helping people understand their patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with themselves and others.

I earned my master’s degree in Social Work and have extensive training in attachment-based work, mindfulness, CBT, trauma-informed care, and couples counseling. I especially love supporting clients who are motivated to grow, ready to understand themselves more deeply, and seeking meaningful change in their relationships and inner lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relational, and insight-driven. I help clients slow down, understand their emotional patterns, and strengthen the relationship they have with themselves and others. I use attachment theory, CBT, narrative therapy and IFS to help people explore the thoughts and experiences that influence their behavior and then use tools to break out of unhelpful patterns and narratives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, conversational space where we get to know each other and talk through what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your goals, what you’ve been struggling with, and what support would feel most helpful right now. We’ll explore your history at a pace that feels comfortable, clarify what you want to work on, and begin building a plan together. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, grounded, and hopeful about the path forward.
