Great to meet you!

I earned my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University in 2018 and became licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2020. In 2023, I also became a Licensed Professional Counselor. Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of working with adults, children, couples, and families in a variety of settings. I believe therapy is a collaborative process of meaning-making—an opportunity for clients to explore their stories, discover new perspectives, and reclaim a sense of control in their lives. My goal is to join each client with empathy and respect, creating a space where growth feels both possible and supported.

My approach to therapy

I create a welcoming, grounded space where clients can share their stories at their own pace and in their own way. Together, we explore what has brought them to therapy, honoring their voice as the guide in their storytelling process. My work is rooted in Narrative Therapy, and I integrate evidence‐based approaches such as CBT, Solution‐Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma‐Focused CBT, and a range of family therapy modalities to support each client’s unique needs. My goal is to collaborate with clients in a way that feels empowering, respectful, and deeply attuned to their lived experiences.

What you can expect from me

Building genuine rapport with my clients is at the heart of my work. I approach each person with curiosity and respect, creating space for their full story from family history to the experiences that have shaped who they are today. I believe these layers of identity and lived experience deeply influence how we move through the world, and honoring them allows us to understand patterns, strengths, and challenges with better clarity. My goal is to join clients in a way that feels supportive and collaborative as we explore their journey together.
