Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and trauma. I have worked with individuals of all ages managing different emotional challenges in community settings including schools and a mental health clinic. I provide a warm and non-judgmental space where individuals feel supported while working toward improving their mental health and overall well-being. My goal is to help individuals feel more grounded, connected and confident.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and empathetic. I help clients express themselves, gain insight and learn skills to manage stress and emotional challenges. I incorporate mindfulness-based strategies to support clients in building greater awareness, resilience and balance. I guide clients to identify and challenge their thinking patterns, among other individualized techniques. I hope to empower clients as they navigate their personal healing journeys.

What you can expect from me

In the first few sessions, I focus on getting to know each client, gathering relevant background information and establishing meaningful goals for therapy. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, review confidentiality and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I hope to empower clients as they navigate their personal healing journeys.
