Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with specialized focus in grief, loss, and trauma. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Addiction Treatment Services, as well as a Master of Social Work degree. Additionally, I am a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, which reflects my focused training and experience in navigating the complex emotions of grief and bereavement.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and client-centered, meaning I tailor each session to the unique needs of the individual, taking into account their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, gain insight, and move forward in a way that honors their personal journey.

What you can expect from me

In our therapy sessions, you can expect to feel supported, heard, and validated. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your emotions, and walk away with practical coping strategies to navigate challenges. I also emphasize that healing is not linear—it’s okay to have setbacks, and we honor all parts of the journey. The focus is on cultivating self-compassion, building practical coping strategies, and fostering long-term resilience.
