Great to meet you!

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or substance use - but you do not have to navigate these challenges alone. With 15 years of experience in the counseling field, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC), I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, life stress, behavioral concerns, and substance use disorders. My person-centered, collaborative approach is tailored to your unique needs, strengths, values, and goals.

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, behavior-management strategies, and holistic practices. Together, we will identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and develop solutions that support lasting growth and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Seeking counseling takes courage. Whether you are facing a difficult transition, working toward recovery, healing from past experiences, or simply wanting to feel more balanced, I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you move toward the life you want.
