Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with 10 years of experience in the mental health field, including eight years as a practicing therapist and one year as a licensed professional. Throughout my career, I have worked tirelessly to guide both myself and my clients toward personal growth and healing, recognizing that therapy is a collaborative effort. I firmly believe that therapy only works if you put in the work, and I am committed to helping my clients take meaningful steps toward positive change. My approach is rooted in empathy, empowerment, and a deep respect for the unique journeys of each individual I work with.

My approach to therapy

In my work with clients, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), holistic, solution-focused, and client-centered approaches to provide a comprehensive and individualized therapeutic experience. I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and behavioral issues, while working to replace those with healthier, more constructive ways of thinking. My holistic approach ensures that I consider all aspects of the client's life—physical, emotional, and spiritual—recognizing that each element plays a crucial role in overall well-being. I prioritize a solution-focused mindset by helping clients set clear, actionable goals and fostering a forward-looking perspective, encouraging them to tap into their strengths and resources to overcome challenges. Lastly, I maintain a client-centered approach, ensuring that therapy is collaborative and tailored to each individual's unique needs, fostering an environment of trust and empathy where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and experiences.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave a therapy session with a deeper understanding of themselves, their thought patterns, and the challenges they face. Through a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and a client-centered approach, they will gain practical tools to manage their emotions, shift negative thinking, and set achievable goals. Clients will also feel supported in exploring their unique strengths, empowering them to take proactive steps toward personal growth and well-being. Ultimately, they will walk away with a sense of clarity, confidence, and a roadmap for positive change, knowing that therapy is a collaborative process where their voice is heard and valued.
