Great to meet you!

Therapy should feel both supportive and empowering, and that is exactly what I work to create. I am a licensed clinical social worker who brings a warm, empathetic presence to every session, so that you can explore your experiences without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I weave in Motivational Interviewing to support your readiness to change, Behavioral Activation to help you re-engage with what matters most, and a humanistic, strength-based lens throughout. I pride myself on invoking dynamic conversation to help you identify patterns, build coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. In our first session, we’ll take things one step at a time. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences and what you’re looking for. Together, we’ll begin to explore your goals and what meaningful change might look like for you. By the end, you will have a clearer sense of where you want to go, and a space that already feels safe to get there.
