Great to meet you!

My name is Isis and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the states of Florida and South Carolina with over 8 years of experience. I have worked professionally as a counselor, school counselor, and motivational therapist. I have worked with clients to navigate a wide range of challenges including anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, parenting and family issues, depression, and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe in an integrative approach to therapy. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach. I like to meet people where they're at with techniques that will be beneficial for them. My philosophy is to give people the tools they need to create positive change.

What you can expect from me

I can help effectively evaluate your situation, and empower you with different strategies that will be beneficial in working through these challenges. I ensure that you feel that with me you are in a safe place to grow and explore. It takes strength to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take steps towards creating that life. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
