Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health, find balance, and feel more like themselves again. I provide compassionate, personalized psychiatric care for children, adolescents and adults. My clinical experience includes working with diverse populations across a lifespan, including children, adults and older adults. I understand that reaching out for mental health support can feel overwhelming, and I'm committed to creating a welcoming, judgement-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, or other mental health concerns, my goal is to help you understand your needs and develop a treatment plan that supports your over-all well-being. you deserve to feel better, and I'm here to support you on your journey toward healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative and individualized. I believe every person has a unique story, and effective mental health treatment begins with listening, understanding your experiences, and recognizing your individual strengths and needs. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns without judgement. I believe healing is a journey, and I strive to help each client build confidence, improve emotional well-being and achieve meaningful progress at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding your mental health needs. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle and personal goals for treatment. I encourage you to ask questions and share what matters most to you. Together, we will explore appropriate treatment options and develop a plan based on your needs and preferences. When appropriate, this may include medication management and recommendations for additional support. My priority is for you to leave your appointment feeling heard, respected and more informed about your next steps. You do not have to navigate your mental health journey alone. I look forward to partnering with you to support your healing.
