Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship stress, or the lasting effects of past trauma. I work with young adults and early-career professionals who are navigating identity, pressure to succeed, and the challenge of balancing work, relationships, and personal wellbeing.

I have particular experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, men of color, and survivors of sexual trauma or intimate partner violence. Many of the people I work with are processing experiences of discrimination, relationship harm, or cultural expectations while trying to build a stronger sense of self and safety.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and focused on practical tools for change. I integrate CBT, DBT-informed strategies, mindfulness, and positive psychology to help clients manage anxiety, regulate emotions, set healthier boundaries, and build resilience.

Therapy with me is a space where you can explore difficult experiences without judgment while developing concrete skills to move toward healing, confidence, and a more meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and collaborative space where we explore what brings you to therapy, your strengths, and any immediate concerns. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and respectful while identifying goals that align with your needs and values.

Together, we create a space where you can explore difficult experiences without judgment while developing practical tools to support healing, confidence, and reconnect you back to your joy.
