Great to meet you!

I have been working with youth and adults as a therapist for the last 12 years. I believe we all carry an innate capacity to heal—but sometimes that can feel unimaginable. We lose our sense of control. We put enormous pressure on ourselves. In moments like these, therapy offers a space to welcome the cracks and let the light in. Therapy can help us unwind the trances of unworthiness and find moments of relief. It’s not always smooth—sometimes it’s bumpy, cringy, even awkward. That’s part of the process. It’s in that messiness that we access our humanness and begin to integrate our lived experience.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in a reflective process that supports people as they navigate self-doubt, dysregulation, despair—and those “blah” moments where things just feel flat. I hold deep awareness of how intersectional oppression impacts our well-being. I bring training in trauma-informed care, gender-affirming care, creative practice, and somatic mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

My style is grounded in humor, honesty, and authenticity. I believe therapy works best when there’s trust and a good client-therapist fit. If the vibe feels right, feel free to reach out—I’m currently working with youth of all ages, focusing on emerging adults, and new mothers.
