I believe we are complex and multifaceted beings created by God, and so take a holistic approach to counseling. I specialize in counseling that integrates the Christian faith with clinically proven interventions and offer my services in both English and Spanish.
I take a collaborative approach to counseling and enjoy using therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR to help my clients meet their goals. My focus is on working with women and helping them move forward through the therapeutic process.
I see counseling as my ministry. Therefore, anytime I meet with an individual for counseling, I count it as an honor and a privilege. I strive to create an environment in which my clients feel seen, cared for, and encouraged. Counseling is a journey, and I want my clients to know that they are not alone.
