Ithaca Favor

I am a licensed therapist who enjoys working and learning from others. I have experience in working with people of very diverse backgrounds and ages. Treatment areas include, but are not limited to: anxiety, stress management, life's transitions, women's issues, relationship issues and divorce/separation adjustments. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychology, and am a National Certified Counselor.

My approach to therapy is more of a partnership with the client in identifying underlying issues that may hinder their quality of life.

Clients can expect to take away a clearer perspective, and coping skills needed to reach their full potential.
