Great to meet you!
I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely understood rather than judged. My role isn't to tell you how to live your life—it's to help you better understand yourself, work through the obstacles that are keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) with a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Development and over a decade of experience providing psychotherapy. Throughout my career, I've worked with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, grief, life transitions, and chronic stress.
I take an honest, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. Every client comes with a unique story, so I tailor treatment to fit your individual needs rather than relying on a single therapeutic model. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed interventions to help clients gain insight while making real, sustainable progress outside of sessions.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by life, navigating relationship challenges, processing past experiences, or simply wanting to become the healthiest version of yourself, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you can be yourself, explore what's important to you, and move toward the life you want to build.
