Great to meet you!

I provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care through a holistic lens, supporting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—in every treatment plan. My clinical interests include BIPOC mental health, women’s mental health, and adolescent mental health, and I work with a diverse range of individuals seeking holistic, affirming psychiatric support.

I earned my master’s degree from Chamberlain University and bring over six years of psychiatric nursing experience to my practice.

I’m passionate about creating safe, affirming, and empowering spaces for healing.

I currently offer a convenient telehealth space with availability Mon-Thur.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative psychiatric approach, specializing in women's mental health, offering evaluation of sleep, stress, hormones, lifestyle, and labs when appropriate. After a thorough assessment, we create a personalized plan that may include medication, supportive therapy, and mind-body strategies to promote stability and long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I take time to gather a detailed understanding of your mental, social, medical, and environmental history. This helps me see the full picture of your experiences so I can create a personalized and effective treatment plan moving forward.
