Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe therapy should feel both supportive and structured—we’ll build insight while also developing tools you can use in daily life. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, capable, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Compassionate, Practical Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, Trauma & Life Transitions

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel anxiety-provoking, and that’s completely normal. Many clients feel nervous about what to say or where to begin. In our first session, there’s no pressure to share everything at once. I’ll ask questions to better understand what brings you in, but you’re always in control of the pace—we’ll move as fast or as slow as feels comfortable for you.

The first session is primarily a chance for us to get to know each other. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and safe. We’ll begin identifying what you’d like to work on and discuss what meaningful progress could look like for you.
