Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I have been a provider delivering care to the mental health population for the past 5 years and I have been practicing in the field for a total of 16 years in various settings. As a military veteran, I have a firsthand understanding of military culture and the unique challenges that can accompany military service.

I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, and other mood and psychiatric conditions.

My services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy and individualized treatment planning tailored to each client's unique needs.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and judgment-free. I believe that meaningful mental health care begins with trust, respect, and open communication. I am honored to provide compassionate care to veterans and others navigating PTSD, trauma, anxiety, and related concerns.

I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and involved in their treatment decisions.

I provide care in both English and Spanish, helping make mental health services accessible to a diverse community.

Se Habla Espanol. Tambien ofrezco atencion an Espanol para brindar un espacio comodo, accesible y de confianza a mis pacientes hispano ablantes.

My approach to therapy

Our first session is a safe and welcoming space for you to share your concerns and goals. Together, we will take the time to explore your unique experiences and create a personalized, client-centered treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.

By the end of the session, you will have a clear plan outlining treatment options and follow-up recommendations. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported, with clarity and confidence about your path moving forward.

My practice is rooted in attentive, compassionate care. I can be easily reached through secure email during business hours and between appointments, and I strive to respond promptly to questions and concerns.

What you can expect from me

For my clients, my priority is to provide a safe, judgment-free environment where care is guided by your goals, values, and individual needs. I am committed to building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable asking questions, actively participating in your care, and making meaningful progress at your own pace.
