My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a partnership. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, focused on meeting clients where they are. I integrate evidence-based techniques while honoring each person’s unique experiences, values, and goals. Whether working through life transitions, emotional challenges, or trauma, I aim to help clients feel empowered and understood throughout the process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about connection, comfort, and clarity. We’ll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain, while answering any questions you may have. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we begin this journey together.
