Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish), trauma-informed therapist, providing compassionate and culturally responsive counseling tailored to your unique needs and goals. For those who desire it, Christian and Catholic faith can also be integrated into the therapeutic process to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. If you are interested in scheduling with me but do not see a time that works for you, please contact me via email or phone number. For more information about my services please visit my website at www.newdaynewbeginningsllc.com.

My approach to therapy

My approach is faith-informed (Catholic), holistic, eclectic, insight-oriented, with a focus in strength based and client-centered, because there is no “one size fits all” as we are all unique individuals. Therapy can be a transformative process if you are willing to challenge yourself. Together, we can identify, develop, and vitalize those strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and identify healthy practical ways to work towards becoming the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will introduce one another and discuss what counseling is and what it's not. We will complete a mental health evaluation form and discuss the specific challenges that brings you to therapy. If you decide to move forward with therapy, we will work together to create a safe environment filled with compassion and understanding, while gently challenging and empowering you to be the best version of yourself.
