Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in New York and New Jersey. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay University in 2016, and my Master's degree in Social Work from New York University in 2018. My clinical work has primarily focused on treating personality disorders, substance use disorders, identity development, couples and relationship issues, LGBTQIA+ identity, sleep-related disorders, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in a variety of modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, supportive psychotherapy, substance abuse treatment, and LGBTQIA+ focused psychotherapy. I describe myself as a “meet you where you are at” therapist, who is willing to work with my clients as they are, and at the pace with which they feel most comfortable.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to improve their thoughts & feelings with support and guidance from their therapist. I think of myself as a long-term therapist who values commitment to the therapeutic process, honesty, transparency, and challenging my clients in therapeutic ways.
