Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a licensed mental health counselor who works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals, with a focus on helping them develop practical coping skills, gain clarity, and feel more empowered in their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and client-centered. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, while Solution-Focused Therapy allows us to build on strengths and focus on achievable goals. I also integrate Person-Centered Therapy to create a supportive and empathetic environment where clients feel heard and understood. I tailor each session based on the client’s needs, helping them develop effective coping strategies and make meaningful, lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they can begin to share their concerns at their own pace. I focus on building rapport, understanding each client’s background, and identifying the main challenges they would like to work on. We will also begin to explore initial goals for therapy and discuss how we can work together moving forward. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more comfortable with the therapeutic process.
