Life can be full of different stressors, which is where I can help. I will provide a warm, non-judgmental, safe, and interactive environment where we take on complex subjects, deep-seated traumas, or for you to say the things you've never told anyone before. I understand these are difficult subjects to speak about, and I will build a therapeutic relationship with you so that you feel strong enough to share. By doing this, we can form realistic and attainable goals to establish growth and promote healing. Remember that healing is not linear. The best gift you can give yourself is to master the chaos & find a way around it.

I like to say that I have a more eclectic style than choosing one specific theory. I use a mixture of CBT, DBT, Solution focused and more. I believe that this gives me an advantage in making sure that you are getting the most comprehensive treatment that I can provide.

I'm the type of therapist who likes to see results. I will build the relationship needed for you to be open and honest, but I will also challenge your way of thinking and how you process different situations. This is all a part of the growing journey. But I do it with care and empathy. My main focus is to help you achieve your goals, so you can heal. And sometimes, we play with Honey, the therapy dog.
