Great to meet you!

You’re successful on the outside—but inside, something still feels stuck. You’ve done the work. You understand your patterns. You know what should help. And yet, anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, or old emotional loops keep showing up. It can feel frustrating, even discouraging, to have so much insight but still feel like you can’t fully shift.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning, self-aware individuals who feel caught in what I call a “mental and nervous system loop”—where insight alone isn’t enough to create real, lasting change.

This is where our work begins.

My approach to therapy

I help you move beyond understanding your patterns and into actually changing them—so you can feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your life. Together, we’ll gently untangle the deeper layers that keep you stuck, including past experiences, chronic stress, and the ways your nervous system has learned to hold onto them.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. You don’t have to figure this out alone. In our first sessions, we’ll get to know each other, clarify what you want from therapy, and begin creating a path forward that feels aligned with who you are—not just who you think you “should” be.

What you can expect from me

What makes my practice unique is how we work on multiple levels at once. I integrate evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, which helps your brain process and release experiences that feel stuck—with somatic and nervous system–based practices drawn from my 20 years as a yoga teacher. I call this embodied insight: creating change not just in your thoughts, but in your body and lived experience.

This work helps you step out of that “stuck” place and into a life where you feel more regulated, present, and connected to yourself. A life where your actions align with your insight. A life that feels more like your own.

I believe you already have what you need to heal. My role is to guide you in accessing those inner resources so you can move forward with more clarity, resilience, and ease.
