Great to meet you!

I earned my PhD from a Clinical Psychology program with a Health Emphasis, and I work with a lot of people who have a mental health diagnosis and a physical health condition at the same time. I completed specialist training in adolescent, young adult, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ patient care, and I also work with people beyond those identities. I'm warm, curious, and empathetic. I want to help you understand yourself, understand your challenges, and make the progress that's most important to you.

I treat patient with ADHD and other neurodivergent diagnoses; anxiety disorders; obsessive-compulsive disorder; mood disorders; histories of trauma; and acute stressors (like moving away to college, having a new baby, or leaving a relationship).

Many of my patients are artists, creatives, activists, lifelong learners, and deeply caring people.

My approach to therapy

We'll talk about things that are bothering you, situations you're in, and problems you're facing, but we won't just talk about what's wrong. I invite conversations about music, art, and beloved pets into therapy. It's not enough to dial down what's wrong--I also want us to strengthen what makes you you, and what helps you live your best life.

What you can expect from me

I'll review with you how therapy works, including things like how long sessions are and how confidentiality works.

You'll review with me what brings you in to therapy, why you want support now, and how you envision us working together.

We'll figure out if we're good collaborators and if I can support you in getting where you want to go.
