I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Nevada and Florida. I am certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). I have an at home office that allows me to see clients virtually for those who reside in Nevada and/or Florida.
I work with individuals to increase their confidence and decrease their anxiety during times of conflict and struggle. I most commonly work with individuals with anxiety, creating healthy coping skills, and chronic pain. I have experience working with adolescents and college students/young adults as life transitions occur. I'm versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), PRT, and person-centered approach.
