My goal is to tailor every care plan to the patient and their life. I will begin by asking you about your goals and how you would like to measure our progress toward those goals. We will build a comprehensive plan around therapy, medications, exercise, diet/ nutrition and spirituality (whatever that means to you)...and all combinations of those components for what would be best for your path.

ADHD Evaluations & Treatment:

We also provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for ADHD. To ensure the highest standard of clinical safety and accuracy, all new ADHD evaluations require specialized Creyos neuropsychological testing. Please note there is a one-time $150 out-of-pocket fee for this assessment, which must be completed prior to the initiation of any controlled medication therapy. We look forward to partnering with you on your care!

When I am meeting a client for the first time, I understand that it can be stressful and I will try to put you at ease. I fully believe in “meeting people where they are.” The path to healing is always a team effort and I will ensure that the client always is in the driver’s seat of the plan.
