Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you can actually be yourself — messy parts, dark humor, big feelings, and all.

Therapy with me isn’t stiff or clinical — it’s honest, engaged, and deeply human. We’ll do serious work, but we don’t have to be serious all the time.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with justice-involved clients and partner closely with treatment courts supporting individuals navigating substance use and mental health challenges. I understand the unique pressure of accountability, systems involvement, and rebuilding your life — and I bring both compassion and straight talk to the process.

I also work with women in seasons of major life transition — from pregnancy through menopause — especially those navigating life with ADHD. Hormones, identity shifts, executive dysfunction, relationships, burnout? We’ll tackle it together in a way that makes sense for your brain and your life.

I am a proud LGBTQ+ ally and have specific experience working with individuals in alternative lifestyles. My practice is affirming, curious, and judgment-free — you don’t have to edit yourself here.

What you can expect from me

First session is to see if we are a match for each other. I invite you to ask questions, talk about what you want to work on or why you are here. What has your previous experience been like or are you brand new to therapy? I aim to make things as comfortable and conversational as possible.
