Great to meet you!

I am interested in listening to whatever comes to your mind, whether big or small - your emotions, thoughts, fears, unspoken wishes, internal conflicts and your histories. We work together to explore and hear your desire, imagination and creativity again.

My approach to therapy

My listening is informed by psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives, with a culturally sensitive lens. This allows me to create a “third space” where you can speak freely, without censoring yourself. As you share whatever comes to mind, we begin to hear ourselves differently—bringing awareness to what has been unspoken and what may lie beneath distressing symptoms. Over time, this process often strengthens your sense of self-agency and can lead to a natural easing of suffering.

What you can expect from me

I can't give you quick "solutions" to your struggles because your experience is uniquely meaningful to you and cannot be reduced to simple answers. What I can offer is that I dedicate myself to staying curious about your interior world and the many parts of your voice. If you allow yourself to be open to the therapeutic process, we will work together toward a more fulfilling and expansive way of living.
