Great to meet you!

I’ve spent several years working with individuals, children, and families, supporting them through a wide range of challenges-from anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma, to issues related to substance use, family conflict, and parenting. My background includes working with the Department of Children and Family Services and the Juvenile Justice system, which has given me valuable experience supporting youth and families navigating complex systems.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in connection with ourselves and with others. I work from a person-centered and trauma-informed foundation, which means creating a safe space where you feel heard and respected. I use a mix of solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, and strength-based approaches to help you make meaningful progress towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a supportive, patient, and nonjudgemental space. I take a validating and encouraging approach- meeting you where you are, while also helping you move toward where you want to be. I believe change is always possible, and I’ll Walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and a steady belief in your ability to grow. My tone is calm, open, and grounded in respect, so you can feel safe to show up fully and honestly, at your own pace.
