Great to meet you!

Welcome! Therapy can be daunting - but it doesn't need to be. I'm passionate about helping others overcome struggles, realize their true potential, and build the lives they've always dreamed of. My practice focuses on helping individuals and families work through a wide range of mental health, behavioral, and/or substance use issues. Most importantly, I bring my clinical expertise to our work without leaving my humanity at the door.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally competent approach to therapy, blending evidence-based practices with solution-focused strategies to meet you where you're at and help you move towards where you want to be. Starting therapy doesn't mean something is wrong with you. Rather, it highlights your aspiration for positive progress. I use a strengths-based approach that begins with recognizing that your decision to seek support is a strength in itself. Meaningful change begins with investing in yourself. My approach is designed to make that investment worthwhile - collaboratively working to equip you with the insight, skills, and confidence to create positive, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you - your experiences, what brings you to therapy, and what you want your life to look/feel like moving forward. I'll meet you with warmth, validation, an open-mind, and a listening ear. It's my priority to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work toward meaningful and lasting progress. No one person has the answers on how to navigate life's struggles, but I would love to support you on your journey to finding them.
