Great to meet you!

" Freeing yourself was one thing; claiming ownership of that freed self was another" -Toni Morrison

Welcome!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 8 years of experience. I have a background working with people who identify within a variety of cultures and identities. I am looking to provide support for people who are facing life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, and self‐identity exploration.

My approach to therapy

I affirm individuals and couples to identify who they are outside of roles given by cultural norms and expectations. I help clients navigate their now through disruption of people pleasing tendencies, stepping out of fear and anxiety, and supporting them to find their voice, and regain their confidence.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will discuss what brought you to this moment of change. We will also work to identify your overall goal and the baby steps to get to that goal. Afterwards, we'll take the next step in getting you closer to the life that you've been waiting for.
