Great to meet you!

Hello! Thank you for considering me to be with you as you start, or continue, your healing journey. I graduated from Regis University, with an MA in clinical psychology, in 2016, but have worked in the field of behavioral health since 2011. I have a wide array of general experience, but have focus areas on trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and addiction.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a multi-faceted and trauma informed perspective. I utilize CBT to help my patients find ways to cope with life's stressors and triggers. However, my main approach will always be person-centered. This means that the patient will always be the expert of the patient and will be the driver of our conversations. It is my job to reflect an honest image and to challenge you as needed.

What you can expect from me

It is my goal to meet you where you are in life, with non-judgmental ears and an empathetic heart. You have a story to tell, and I am ready to meet you with open and reflective listening. Let's find ways together to work on the goals that are important to you.
