Great to meet you!

I have been in practice for over 20 years and have experience working with many of life's challenges. I combine practical strategies with deeper self exploration for insight and personal growth. My approach is based on exploration of oneself and our thoughts and motives with an interest in Jungian psychology, Buddhism, spirituality and Mindfulness. I have also coached those in the corporate and academic worlds to plan goals and find direction. I'm also an artist and like to explore the creative process.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress management. My therapeutic approaches include Jungian psychology, mindfulness therapy, trauma informed therapy and cognitive-behavior therapy. I also provide life coaching and support through difficult transitions such as divorce and career change.

What you can expect from me

We will explore what you would like to address in therapy and talk about what approach would best support you. I try to provide a comfortable, open space in which we can explore your concerns and help you make changes and let go of that which does not serve you in order to move forward and be your best self. I currently have virtual openings only.
