Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m J’nayle, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore life’s challenges. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship concerns, burnout, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and focused on helping clients build healthier coping skills, emotional insight, and stronger relationships with themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

I help individuals and couples improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen emotional and physical intimacy, and navigate relationship challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and practical, integrating evidence-based strategies to support healing, connection, personal growth, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying pain, uncertainty, or relationship challenges. You don't have to navigate it alone. Healing and growth are possible, and meaningful change can begin with a single step. When you're ready, I welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey.
