Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical counselor and clinical supervisor with more than a decade of experience working in behavioral health, addiction treatment, and psychiatric care. My career has centered on helping individuals navigate complex emotional, psychological, and substance‐use challenges while supporting them in building healthier, more meaningful lives.

I’ve served in leadership roles across multi‐site treatment programs, which has strengthened my understanding of what truly helps people heal: compassionate connection, evidence‐based care, and a safe, non‐judgmental space to grow. Whether someone is seeking support for anxiety, trauma, addiction, or major life transitions, I work to meet them exactly where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in evidence‐based practice, trauma‐informed care, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and empowering — not clinical or intimidating.

I integrate cognitive‐behavioral strategies, motivational interviewing, and person‐centered techniques to help clients understand patterns, build new skills, and create sustainable change. I focus on the whole person, not just the symptoms, and I work to create a space where clients feel heard, validated, and genuinely supported.

My goal is to help individuals strengthen resilience, improve emotional regulation, and develop practical tools they can use long after therapy ends.

What you can expect from me

Warm, direct, and collaborative. I balance compassion with clear guidance, helping clients feel supported while also challenging them to grow. I’m structured when needed, flexible when appropriate, and always focused on creating a safe, respectful environment where clients can explore difficult emotions without fear of judgment.

Clients often describe my style as steady, grounding, and practical — someone who listens deeply, offers meaningful insight, and helps them make real progress.
