Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-Associate), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW) with over a decade of experience in mental health and social services. I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology, along with Master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in Social Work. My journey began as a medical social worker, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through trauma recovery, substance use treatment, parenting challenges, and life transitions. I specialize in working with court- and CPS-involved clients, caregivers, and LGBTQ+ individuals, and I take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with my clients. My style is warm, intuitive, and empowering—I create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe in meeting clients where they are, empowering them through insight and accountability, and using both structured guidance and flexible, client-led sessions to promote emotional growth, healing, and long-term change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling validated, emotionally lighter, and equipped with practical tools to manage challenges. Whether we’re addressing trauma, relationships, or coping skills, I strive to help clients increase self-awareness, build resilience, and make empowered decisions in their lives.
