Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jabrielle Mason MEd LCSW, and I’m passionate about helping teens, families, and individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. With over nine years of experience in ABA, forensic social work, outpatient therapy, inpatient psychiatric therapy, school social work, and private practice, I bring a well-rounded approach to mental health care.

I specialize in working with teens and families dealing with anxiety, depression, family conflict, and body dysmorphia. I understand how overwhelming life can feel at times, and my goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is open-minded, non-judgmental, and strength-based, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I meet each person where they are, recognizing that their experiences, struggles, and perspectives are unique. Rather than imposing solutions, I collaborate with my clients to help them uncover their own resilience and capacity for growth. I believe in empowering individuals by highlighting their strengths, fostering self-awareness, and guiding them toward meaningful change. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel heard, validated, and supported while also equipping them with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

What you can expect from me

When clients leave a session with me, I want them to feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is for them to gain clarity on their thoughts and emotions, recognize their strengths, and feel more confident in their ability to navigate challenges. I strive to provide not just validation, but also practical tools and insights they can apply in their daily lives. Whether it’s a new coping strategy, a shift in perspective, or a deeper understanding of themselves, I want my clients to walk away with something meaningful that helps them move forward. Most importantly, I want them to feel supported and reminded that they are capable of growth, healing, and making choices that align with their well-being.
