Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in school-based mental health, crisis support, family engagement, and helping people build practical tools for everyday life. I work with adults, young adults, adolescents, and parents navigating anxiety, life transitions, coping skills, self-esteem, ADHD, family stress, and school-related concerns. My style is warm, empowering, and direct, and I care deeply about creating a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be both supportive and useful. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical, drawing from CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I can sit with clients through difficult emotions, but I will also gently challenge patterns, self-talk, or choices that may be keeping them stuck.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I will ask about your current concerns, goals, strengths, and any background that feels important, but there is no pressure to share everything all at once. My goal is to create a calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where we can begin figuring out what support would feel most helpful for you.
