Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Jackie I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Alabama, and I’ve spent many years helping people work through challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. I take a holistic approach, which means I look at the whole person — not just the challenges you’re facing — and together we find ways to support your overall well-being. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and feel more at ease in your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. You bring your experiences, your goals, and your strengths, and I bring tools, guidance, and support to help you move forward. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and holistic, meaning I look at the whole picture of your life — not just the struggles you’re facing.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you’ll have a safe space to talk things through and feel supported. You’ll leave with new ways to handle challenges and steps toward feeling more balanced and at ease.
