My approach to therapy

Jaceline hopes to provide a therapeutic space where individuals, couples or families feel empowered to make changes in their lives and relationships. In order to help clients reach their therapeutic goals, she utilizes methods including narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), while placing an emphasis on solutions-focused approaches, as well. Jaceline is also trained in mind-body medicine techniques, such as deep breathing, art therapies, and meditation.

Jaceline knows that it takes courage to acknowledge that certain behaviors or ideas no longer benefit us or our relationships. Therapy is about empowerment and growth without judgment or labels.
