Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jacey! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Marriage and Family Therapy.

I prioritize creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space. I strive to make sessions genuine, collaborative, and sometimes even a little lighthearted (because while healing is serious work, it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time).

I especially enjoy working with BIPOC and queer people navigating identity, relationships, or life’s in-between/messy phases.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best approach to therapy is creating a space where you can be your perfectly imperfect self. I use EMDR, Solution-Focused, and Strengths-Based approaches to guide our work while keeping it real and collaborative.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what brought you to therapy and get to know each other. You can put yourself first, share at your own pace, and ask any questions along the way. Together, we’ll explore your goals and see if we’re a good fit for working together.
